She has served students with developmental delays, disabilities, and multilingual needs as an ESE teacher and Early Steps Coordinator. She holds a Master of Science and Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Florida State University and is nationally certified through the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Sheila is licensed as a school psychologist in Florida, Virginia, Michigan, and Indiana, and also provides specialized tutoring to help students overcome their challenges.
