 Heather brings 15 years of teaching special education and diverse experiences for learners with learning disabilities. She holds certifications in both special education and general education and is dedicated to helping students feel confident and understood through specialized tutoring and behavior therapy, making learning a positive journey. 

 Dr. Fraum, a compassionate math instructor with decades of experience, specializes in advanced math and college prep while also incorporating behavior therapy techniques to support students with learning disabilities. His approach fosters confidence in every student through specialized tutoring. 

 Katy, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, offers personalized behavior therapy services to meet each child's unique needs in a nurturing, ethical setting. As an industry supervisor, she provides functional behavioral assessments, ongoing therapy, specialized tutoring for children with learning disabilities, groups, and family supports. 

 With over 15 years in education and patient relations, Melony specializes in supporting diverse elementary and middle school learners, particularly those with learning disabilities, through individualized, confidence-building instruction. She has served students with developmental delays, disabilities, and multilingual needs as an ESE teacher and Early Steps Coordinator. Additionally, her expertise in behavior therapy, along with an earned TESL-C certification, helped her increase achievement by 50% in Broward County Public Schools. Her mission is to create a supportive, personalized learning environment that empowers students and strengthens families, utilizing specialized tutoring to meet each student's unique needs. 

 Pamela brings over 20 years of literacy teaching excellence, guiding students to develop confident reading and writing skills. With a degree in Literature and Ed Leadership, she has worked as a literacy and curriculum coach, helping new teachers implement best practices and strategies in their classrooms. This approach not only supports effective instruction for students with learning disabilities but also enhances their experience with specialized tutoring and behavior therapy, ultimately transforming the lives of children who struggle with reading. 

Kim is a dedicated educator with 36 years of teaching experience, including 22 years serving students right here in St. Lucie County. Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, she relocated to Florida in 2004 to continue her lifelong passion for instruction. She holds professional certifications spanning Grades K-12 in Elementary Education, Middle & High School English (Grades 6-12), and ESOL. Throughout her career, Kimberly has remained committed to inspiring students in a supportive, engaging environment tailored to every learner's needs.

Traci is an experienced educator with a Master's in Education with Specialization in Adolescent Literacy and Technology grades 6-12 with 23 years of teaching experience. She primarily supports 6-8th students who need intensive reading support (reading comp, fluency, vocab, phonemic awareness, and phonics). Certified in Elementary Education, English Grades 5-9, with Reading and ESOL endorsements, her expertise and experience with personalized instruction helps students feel accomplished and confident.
She believes each student should be met with instruction that builds upon their proximal development, so they can become lifelong readers. 

 Her blend of Math, Business, Civics, Education, and ESOL endorsements brings a unique perspective to the Starchanger Family. With a solid background in organizational business management, she supports students with structure and clarity, particularly those facing learning disabilities. Her experience with behavior therapy enhances her Algebra and Math Intervention work, which pairs beautifully with her OMB and civics mindset. This approach helps students grow academically while simultaneously strengthening their real-world problem-solving and leadership skills through specialized tutoring. 

16 years of experience supporting students as a licensed psychologist, specializing in those with learning disabilities. She holds a MS and Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Florida State University and is nationally certified through the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Sheila is licensed as a school psychologist in Florida, Virginia, Michigan, and Indiana, and also provides specialized tutoring to help students overcome their challenges. 

 Rachel is a dedicated math teacher who strives to help students with learning disabilities turn challenging concepts into 'a-ha' moments and build math confidence. Her specialized tutoring and test preparation emphasize strategy, skill-building, and integrating behavior therapy techniques to help students feel genuinely prepared.
