With 15+ years in education and patient relations, Melony specializes in supporting diverse elementary and middle school learners through individualized, confidence‑building instruction.  She served students with developmental delays, disabilities, and multilingual needs as an ESE teacher and Early Steps Coordinator. Along with an earned TESL-C certification, she increased achievement by 50% in Broward County Public Schools. Her mission is to create a supportive, personalized learning environment that  empowers students and strengthens families.

Pamela brings 20+ years of literacy teaching excellence, guiding students to confident reading and writing skills. She has a degree in Literature, Ed Leadership, and has worked as a literacy and curriculum coach helping new teachers implement best practices and strategies into their classrooms to be effective instruments for change in the lives of children who struggle reading.
